Welcome to CueProX
A short intro to what CueProX does and who it's for.
Welcome to CueProX
CueProX is a live show control platform: a director runs the show from a central interface, and every crew member sees exactly what they need — on their own screen, updated the moment something changes.
It's built for teams that run live events where timing and coordination matter. Churches use it to call Sunday services from welcome through benediction. Theaters use it to manage cues across lighting, sound, video, and stage management. Concerts and conferences use it to keep dozens of people moving as one, without walkie-talkies and last-minute group texts.
The core idea is simple. One person — the director — advances cues from a dedicated view. Each team member's output screen updates automatically: the sound engineer sees their notes, the host sees the confidence monitor, the lights team sees their timing cues, and the audience can submit Q&A questions through a public page. Nobody is waiting on someone else to forward information.
This guide is the place to learn how all of it fits together, from your first login to running your first event. If you're brand new, start at the beginning and follow the tour. If you're already mid-setup, use the search bar or jump directly to the section you need — the guide is designed for that too.
