A guided tour of the nine sidebar tabs in a room.
Room settings & sidebar
Click into any room from the location's Rooms tab and you'll land on the room's settings page. The left sidebar lists nine tabs — each covering a different aspect of how the room is configured and used.
Which tabs you see depends on your role. Directors and above see all nine. Crew Members and Observers see only Teams and Output.
Access
The Access tab is where you connect location members to this specific room and assign their room-level role. Adding someone here gives them access to the director view (if their role allows) and determines what they can do within this room — independently of other rooms.
Use this tab to assign a Director role: it can't be done via invitation, only by adding someone to a room through Access and setting their role here.
Teams
The Teams tab shows all teams in this location along with their current members. Each team row has a toggle on the right side — use it to activate or deactivate that team for this room independently of other rooms in the location. See Activating teams per room for details on what toggling a team on or off actually does.
Team membership itself is managed from the location's Teams tab, not here.
Output
Configure what each team's output screen displays. This is where you control the structure and content of the pages your crew will have open during the show — which teams show which information, what format it appears in, and any room-specific display settings.
Cue types
Define the types of cues used in this room and assign each a name and color. Cue types help structure the running order visually — a "Song" might be blue, a "Message" might be purple, an "Announcement" might be grey. These are room-specific, so your Main Hall can have different cue types than your Foyer.
Fixtures
The fixtures tab has two sections: a fixture manager for setting up lighting fixtures, and a color preset panel for saving colors the lighting team uses frequently. This tab is available to Lights Team Leads and above.
Stage
Configure the stage roster for this room — the list of people (vocalists, speakers, band members) who appear on stage, along with their instruments or roles. During a show, the director can mark individuals as soloed, and the sound team's output highlights them automatically.
Templates
Show templates let you save a cue structure and reload it for a future event. Any templates you've created for this room appear here. You can also load a template when creating a new show, so your standard running order is always one click away.
History
A log of past sessions for this room: the date, show name, and duration of every session that's been run. Useful for checking how long last week's service ran, or confirming when a specific event happened.
Settings
The room name, description, and color — the same fields you filled in when creating the room — are editable here at any time.
