Resetting your password
- On the sign-in page, click Forgot password? beneath the password field.
- Enter your email address and click Send reset link.
- Check your inbox for an email from CueProX. If you don't see it within a minute or two, check your spam folder.
- Click the reset link in the email. It expires after 24 hours.
- Set a new password. It must be at least 12 characters with at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one digit.
- You'll be redirected to the sign-in page. Sign in with your new password.
Not sure which email you used?
For security reasons, the reset form always shows the same confirmation message — whether or not the email you entered has an account. This means you won't get an error if you try the wrong address; you just won't receive an email.
If you're not sure which address you signed up with, try the ones you use most often. Only the correct one will receive the reset email.
Tip
Reset links are single-use
Each reset link works once. If you click it, set a new password, and need to reset again later, you'll need to request a fresh link. Likewise, if you accidentally close the tab before finishing, the link may still be valid (it hasn't been used yet), so you can click it again from your inbox.
Once a password is set, older reset links for that account are automatically invalidated.
