Requesting a Full Trial

How to upgrade from Limited Trial to Full Trial.

Requesting a Full Trial

The Full Trial unlocks everything — Q&A, stage solos, custom teams, unlimited rooms and cues, no watermark. To get one, you submit a short request and support reviews it.

Where to find the request form

From the dashboard: On /dashboard, look for the "Request Full Demo" button. It only appears on accounts that are on the Limited Trial. Click it to open the request modal.

From the lock-out screen: If your trial has already expired and you're seeing the upgrade screen instead of your dashboard, the same form is available there — it just submits as a trial extension request rather than an initial request.

What the form asks

  • Name — prefilled from your account, read-only
  • Email — prefilled, read-only
  • How long do you expect to need to properly test the program? — a short answer describing your evaluation timeline (e.g., "About two weeks — enough for one full worship team rehearsal cycle and a live service")
  • Organization link — a URL to your organization's website, social media page, or anything that gives context on who's asking
  • Where will you use CueProX? — a paragraph describing your use case: event type, team size, what you're currently using, what you want to try

After you submit, the button changes to a "Request Pending" card. Support receives a notification and reviews your request.

Tip

Concrete use case descriptions get reviewed faster. Mention your organization name, what kind of events you run (weekly services, touring shows, conferences), and which specific features you want to test. "We run weekly services for 400 people and want to test the Q&A pipeline for our message series" is better than "We want to test the full product."

Outcomes

Approved — your dashboard card changes to "Full Demo Active" and shows the trial end date. All features unlock immediately. You don't need to do anything else.

Rejected — the card shows "Request Not Approved". If you think there's been a misunderstanding or want to discuss, email support@cueprox.com directly.

Important

There's no automated email when your request is approved or rejected. Check your dashboard to see the current state. If you submitted a request and haven't heard anything after a couple of business days, it's fine to follow up via the Helpdesk.

If your trial already expired

If you didn't submit a request before your trial ended and you're now locked out:

  1. You'll see the upgrade screen with a "Request Trial Extension" form — same fields as above
  2. Submit it — support reviews it the same way as an initial request
  3. If approved, your account unblocks and your data is fully intact

The 30-day clock starts from when your account was auto-blocked, not from when you submit the extension request. Submit it promptly.
