Creating an account, signing in, and understanding what happens at first login.
Sign in and sign up
Creating an account
Go to app.cueprox.com and click Sign up. You'll need a name, an email address, and a password. Passwords must be at least 12 characters and include at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one number.
Once you submit, your account is created and you're signed in automatically.
What happens on first login
Your account comes with a few things already in place. You're the owner — the only person who can manage billing, delete the account, or grant elevated access to others. And you start on a 7-day Limited Trial, which gives you access to the core features so you can get a feel for the product before committing.
Your dashboard will be empty to start. The next step is creating your first location.
Signing in
If you already have an account, go to app.cueprox.com and sign in with your email and password. If you've forgotten your password, click Forgot password? below the password field — see Forgot password for the full steps.
One login, multiple roles
Your account isn't just your organization — it's your identity in CueProX. You can be the owner of your own account and simultaneously a member of someone else's at the same time. Same login, same session.
If you've been added as a Director at another church or a crew member at a venue you freelance for, those locations will appear on your dashboard alongside your own. You navigate between them the same way — by clicking into a location.
Invitations
If someone invited you to join their account, you'll receive an email with an acceptance link. Click it to be added. If you've recently switched accounts or cleared your session, opening the link in an incognito window avoids any stale session conflicts.
You can only accept an invitation if the email it was sent to matches an existing CueProX account (or you create one at that address). The link expires after 48 hours — if it's past that, ask the admin to resend it.
