Plans overview

CueProX has two trial states, three paid tiers, and a grandfathered legacy plan. Here's what each one includes.

Limited Trial

What you start on automatically when you sign up. Lasts 7 days from account creation.

The Limited Trial lets you explore the core workflow with a constrained setup:

Limit
Locations 1
Rooms 1
Active events at a time 1
Shows per event 2
Total cues 20
Fixtures 10
Color presets 5
Custom cue types 1
Stored alerts 3
Total users 7
  Max Associate Directors 1
  Max Team Leads 2
  Max Crew Members 5

The total user cap (7) and the per-role caps (1 AD, 2 Team Leads, 5 Crew) are enforced separately. You can't exceed either.

Features not available on Limited Trial:

  • Q&A pipeline
  • Stage roster & solos
  • Custom teams and custom team outputs
  • Custom logo on Q&A placeholder

A CueProX watermark appears on all output screens while on the Limited Trial.

Full Trial

By request — granted by support after reviewing your use case. Unlocks everything for a duration set by support (typically 14 days, adjustable per account).

Full Trial removes all limits:

  • Unlimited locations, rooms, events, shows, cues, fixtures, presets, cue types, alerts, users
  • Q&A pipeline
  • Stage roster & solos
  • Custom teams and custom team outputs
  • No watermark — you can upload your own logo for the Q&A placeholder

Tip

Most teams find the Limited Trial sufficient to evaluate the core cue flow, but if you need to test Q&A, custom teams, stage solos, or run multiple rooms in parallel — request a Full Trial. It takes a day or two to review and approve.

Legacy Active

A permanent, full-feature plan for grandfathered accounts. Set by support only — there's no way to request or purchase this plan directly. It has no trial end date and all features available, identical to a Full Trial without the expiry clock.

CueProX has three paid tiers: Essential, Vision, and Production. Each removes the watermark and gives you a predictable cost. See Paid Plans for the full feature and limit breakdown per tier.

Checking your current plan

Your current plan and trial end date are visible at /dashboard/settings?tab=subscription. If you're on a Limited Trial, you'll also see options to request a Full Trial or upgrade to a paid plan.
