Your subscription settings
Finding and managing your CueProX subscription from the settings page.
Your subscription settings
Subscription management lives at /dashboard/settings?tab=subscription — the Subscription tab in account settings. This is the authoritative place to check your plan, see trial expiry dates, upgrade, and access billing.
Finding the Subscription tab
From any dashboard page, click your account name or the settings link in the header to reach /dashboard/settings. The tabs across the top include Subscription. Click it.
What the tab shows
- Current plan — which plan you're on: Limited Trial, Full Trial, Essential, Vision, Production, or Legacy
- Trial end date — if you're on a trial, the exact date it expires
- Subscription status — Active, Trialing, Past Due, or Cancelled
- Usage summary — key limits for your current plan alongside your current usage, so you can see how close you are to any caps
Upgrading
Click Upgrade to see the available paid tiers. You'll be redirected to the billing portal (powered by Lemon Squeezy) to complete your purchase. After successful payment, your account updates automatically — no manual step required.

Managing billing
Click Manage billing to open the Lemon Squeezy customer portal. From there you can:
- Update your payment method
- View invoices and billing history
- Change billing interval (monthly ↔ annual if available for your plan)
- Cancel your subscription
Changes made in the Lemon Squeezy portal sync back to CueProX automatically, usually within a few seconds.
Resubscribing after cancellation
If you cancelled and want to come back, open the Subscription tab and click Resubscribe (or Upgrade depending on the current button state). You'll go through the same checkout as a new subscription. Your account data — rooms, shows, cues, team configuration — is preserved during the lapsed period.
Past-due payment issues
When a payment fails, your subscription moves to Past Due and a warning appears in the Subscription tab. Click Manage billing to update your payment method in Lemon Squeezy. Once payment succeeds, your account status returns to Active automatically.
If the past-due state persists and access is suspended, contact support via the Helpdesk.
