Upgrading from a trial

When you're ready to subscribe, open /dashboard/settings?tab=subscription and click Upgrade. You'll be redirected to the billing portal to select a tier and complete payment.

Your existing rooms, shows, cues, and team configuration carry over intact. If your current setup exceeds the limits of the plan you choose — more fixtures than the cap, for example — you'll be prompted to reduce before the upgrade completes.

Switching between paid plans

You can upgrade or downgrade between paid tiers at any time from the subscription settings. Changes typically take effect at the start of the next billing period. Downgrading to a lower-cap plan won't immediately delete data, but certain actions (adding rooms, users, or fixtures) will be blocked until you're within the new plan's limits.

Cancelling

Cancelling stops your subscription from renewing. Your account stays active and fully functional until the end of the current billing period — you're not cut off immediately. When the period ends, your account reverts to a limited state. Rooms, shows, and cues are preserved; you just won't be able to run events until you resubscribe.

Past-due

If a payment fails, your subscription enters a past-due state with a short grace period to update your payment method. See Your Subscription Settings for how to resolve it.
